How To Order Hosting
Once you have decided that our hosting is for you, give us a call or fill out the contact form. There's no obligation so if you do have any last minute questions we can deal with those before you commit.
Don't forget, you can cancel your hosting at anytime by phone or email and we will terminate your account at the end of the paid-up period. You also have the protection fo our 30 day "No Quibble" money back guarantee - the only thing we can't refund is the cost of the domain.
Hosting Set-up
Once you have confirmed the hosting package and domain name that you want, we will invoice you by the method of your choice (invoice for payment by cash/cheque or PayPal invoice for secure online payment). We can set your hosting up right away, but we reserve the right not to register the requested domain name or associate it with the account until your payment has cleared.
